The Gathering Begins
Isaiah 56
4 For this is what the Lord says:
“To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, who choose what pleases me
and hold fast to My covenant—
5 to them I will give within My temple and its wall a memorial and a name
better than sons and daughters;
I will give them an everlasting name
that will endure forever.
6 And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord
to minister to Him,
to love the name of the Lord,
and to be His servants,
all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it
and who hold fast to my covenant—
7 these I will bring to my holy mountain
and give them joy in my house of prayer.
Their burnt offerings and sacrifices
will be accepted on my altar;
for My house will be called
a house of prayer for all nations.”
8 The Sovereign Lord declares—
He who gathers the exiles of Israel:
“I will gather still others to them
besides those already gathered.”
The Earth is shaking
People are changing
Ephrayim is moving
Yeshua, the Messiah of Israel is returning Soon!
The Lord is calling His people from among all the nations. This is the prophetic message given to the prophets for an age to come. That age is here!
This message would be graced to a people that would not be looking for it, but would one day believe in Him, because His Spirit had been sent out to mark those who were His and would have their spirits made ready to receive Him. For a time, His people, who would be called Israel, would find themselves in a world hostile to them and where they would find no peace. The good news of the gospel would echo the heart and love of God for a people who would be brought into an eternal covenant.
2000 years later, the teachings of Christianity would be so far from the original message that the understanding of it would seem lost. The scriptures are being opened and the revelation of them, its true message is being understood by those whose seek to pursue the knowledge of God. When we knock, seek and ask the Lord for His purposes He will reveal them to us. Yeshua said that His sheep will know His voice.
Yeshua's message was to be sent to the lost sheep of Israel. The message would be one that would bring hope and healing to a people that cry in the wilderness and lament over a land that was given over to another occupier. The people who yearned for the Lord and hungered for Him would one day return, because God would, through His great mercy, forgive their wickedness and restore them in this land promised to the seed of Abraham. Not anyone can enter this place. Only those who have faith and trust in the Lord absolutely.
The scriptures tell us that Ephraim is the name given to that lost people, the diaspora of Israel, spread throughout the world for centuries. But God will join Ephraim from the house of Joseph to Judah in the latter days.
Jeremiah 30:3
The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying: 2 ‘Thus speaketh the LORD, the God of Israel, saying: Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book. 3 For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will turn the captivity of My people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD; and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
The message to Ephraim now is to come home and return. But first, this sibling of Judah must learn the ways of the Lord so that they can become carriers of light to their elder brother. The returning exodus will result in the salvation of Israel, making the house of Jacob whole again.
Romans 11
25 For, brothers, I want you to understand this truth which God formerly concealed but has now revealed, so that you won’t imagine you know more than you actually do. It is that stoniness, to a degree, has come upon Isra’el, until the Gentile world enters in its fullness; 26 and that it is in this way that all Isra’el will be saved. As the Tanakh says,
“Out of Tziyon will come the Redeemer;
he will turn away ungodliness from Ya‘akov
27 and this will be my covenant with them, . . .when I take away their sins.”
28 With respect to the Good News they are hated for your sake. But with respect to being chosen they are loved for the Patriarchs’ sake, 29 for God’s free gifts and his calling are irrevocable.
Ephraim is hearing the voice of the Spirit of the Lord. They are being awakened, as the Spirit is preparing them to move from every corner of the earth.
One New Man - Ephesians 2:11
Therefore, remember your former state: you Gentiles by birth — called the Uncircumcised by those who, merely because of an operation on their flesh, are called the Circumcised — 12 at that time had no Messiah. You were estranged from the national life of Isra’el. You were foreigners to the covenants embodying God’s promise.
You were in this world without hope and without God.
13 But now, you who were once far off have been brought near through the shedding of the Messiah’s blood. 14 For he himself is our shalom — he has made us both one and has broken down the m’chitzah which divided us 15 by destroying in his own body the enmity occasioned by the Torah, with its commands set forth in the form of ordinances. He did this in order to create in union with himself from the two groups a single new humanity and thus make shalom,
16 and in order to reconcile to God both in a single body by being executed on a stake as a criminal
and thus in himself killing that enmity.
17 Also, when he came, he announced as Good News shalom to you far off and shalom to those nearby, 18 news that through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.
19 So then, you are no longer foreigners and strangers. On the contrary, you are fellow-citizens with God’s people and members of God’s family. 20 You have been built on the foundation of the emissaries and the prophets, with the cornerstone being Yeshua the Messiah himself. 21 In union with him the whole building is held together, and it is growing into a holy temple in union with the Lord. 22 Yes, in union with him, you yourselves are being built together into a spiritual dwelling-place for God!
A recent visit to Israel confirmed to us what the Lord has been saying. Among the conversations among the Ephraimites gathered for Sukkot, we heard the need and deep desire to come out of the world systems, reject the spirit of this age and come to live and learn about what it means to dwell in community together, just as YHVH desires.
If you are feeling this call in your spirit, then you are part of Ephraim. In response, you need to look at how you are going to move forward. You need to hear clearly from the Lord.
All over the world, many people are being told to prepare places for such communities.
The Lost Sheep project is what the Lord has given us to prepare for the pilgrims who will be released for this end-time outworking. The vision for us is to develop a self-sustainable, eco-focused, holistic community, teaching, discipling and preparing those who the Lord will send to us as part of their progressive journey of faith.
The Lord is calling to Ephraim, that means you — to come out and be separate.
Through faith and obedience, we can build this vision for our generation and for generations to come, until the Lord calls an end to this present age.
People are becoming more uneasy with the world and the turmoil that surrounds us every second of the day. The Lord is going to judge the kingdoms that raise themselves against Him. The global economy will continue to worsen as nations rage against Israel. Rumours of wars and the response of the earth will become louder as humanity fails to find true answers for peace.
The third temple, now being made ready, and man's efforts for unity, will usher in the era of the antiChrist. God does not want His children to suffer when His judgement falls upon this wicked and lawless world.
If you will hear His voice, it shouts at us to come out and be holy unto Him. God is jealous over us. He will provide for us places of safety and sanctuary. In the wilderness we will find roads and in the desert He will provide springs of water.
We are inviting you to seek the Lord now and see where He is calling you.
If the Lord is sending you to us, then we will rejoice together, and we will build the Lost Sheep community, a house for the worship of the Lord and for the glory of God.
We would love to hear from you. If you want to hear more from us, contact:
Isaiah 11
10 On that day, the root of Jesse will stand as a signal to the peoples. The nations will seek him out, and his dwelling will be glorious.
11 On that day, the Lord will extend his hand a second time to reclaim the survivors of God’s people who are left from Assyria and from Egypt, from Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, and from the coastlands of the sea.
12 God will raise a signal for the nations and gather the outcast men of Israel.
God will collect the dispersed women of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
13 Ephraim’s jealousy will cease,
and Judah’s harassment will be eliminated.
Ephraim won’t be jealous of Judah,
and Judah won’t harass Ephraim.
14 But they will swoop down on the slopes of Philistia to the west;
together they will plunder the people to the east.
Edom and Moab will be under their power,
and the Ammonites will be their subjects.
15 The Lord will split the tongue of the Egyptian sea. God will wave a hand over the Euphrates with a powerful wind and break it into seven streams so that it can be crossed in sandals. 16 Then there will be a highway from Assyria for the survivors of God’s people who are left from Assyria, just as there was for Israel on the day they went up from the land of Egypt. Bamidbar/Numbers 6
22 And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,
23 Speak unto Aharon and unto his Banim, saying,
On this wise ye shall bless the Bnei Yisroel, saying unto them
24 Y’varekhekha Adonai v’yishmerekha (Hashem bless thee, and keep thee);
25 Ya’er Adonai panav eleikha vichunekha
(Hashem make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee);
26 Yissa Adonai panav eleikha v’yasem l’kha shalom
(Hashem lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee shalom).
27 And they shall put My Shem upon the Bnei Yisroel, and I will bless them
